Let me tell you, I was initially a skeptic of this whole eating my oatmeal cold thing. I admit, it just seems wrong, but what kind of foodie would I be if I wasn’t willing to give it an honest try?!
Well, my first try was all it took. I was sold! Not only is this alternative way to enjoy my morning oats exceptionally delicious, it is also a super easy and convenient way to get in very nutritious breakfast!
This recipe is by far on of my favs. It combines two of my most favourite things: oats and peanut butter jelly time!
The best part, you can make a few ahead for the week (I like to make mine in mason jars) and keep them stored in the fridge for the easiest breakfast all week long!
